Bus: Line no. 11, marked «Stavset» from citycenter (Kongens gate K1), you get off at bus stop «Trøndelag Folkemuseum».

Parking is available by the main entrance of the museum.

By taxi: From the city centre the taxi will cost approx 300 NOK.
